To ensure your bookmark stays in it's best shape, do not bend or leave in direct sunlight (as with any printed item, this can fade the colour). Avoid getting wet (as tempting as it is to read in the bath, do so at your own risk!)
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR POCKET MIRRORS
As with any glass - mirrors are breakable! Please be careful when using them. Do not drop as you risk smashing it (and nobody needs seven years bad luck!) and ensure to not let anything heavy rest against it as it may damage both the mirror and the pressed glass surrounding it.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship worldwide - but please check via royal mail website if your country is listed as unable to receive in from the UK. Due to the current climate with the pandemic, this could change quite frequently.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
As long as the item is in pristine condition we are able to accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Please get in touch via email - firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to start a return
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED YET - WHAT DO I DO?
All items are now sent via tracking - please check your tracking number on your order before contacting to see it's whereabouts - once items leave us we are not in control of what happens in the post, however, in concerning circumstances we will do all we can to rectify the situation. Please also be aware that the post may be slower during these times - and depending on the time of year, while we always do all we can to get items out on time, in rare circumstances the postage service may experience issues - this is out of our control.
